Thank you for leaving a review. We value your feedback. Many of our opportunities are in a manufacturing environment on a 12 hour shift. With the 12 hour schedule, you do work less days in the year with 3 days one week/ and 4 days the next versus the typical 5 days every week on an 8 hour schedule. We also offer overtime incentives shift swaps, and flex weekend hours to meet the needs of our employees. We encourage applicants to learn about our work schedules and environment as it does not fit everyone’s needs but we do offer options to our employees.
