      Pros

Culture - Lots of great people to be around. I feel like I'm working hard helping support a good group of people. Opportunity - It's not for everybody, but if you want to be recognized and rewarded for your efforts this is a great place Honestly and Transparency - I always know what's expected of me and where I stand. No surprises Leadership - My direct manager is very knowledgeable and has always been helpful, understanding, and flexible when I needed it.

      Cons

Dealing with people somethings fall outside my control.

        Pros

My coworkers were the best thing about working here. They hire great people for recruiting and BDM positions no doubt.

        Cons

Everything that was great about the job when I started was taken away within a year. The VP ran the place completely into the ground within a year, losing all but about 4-5 employees. On paper, the outbound goal was 50-60 calls a day. She demanded 75 and you could not count emails, even if you get meetings from them. She’s very focused on quantity and not quality, which essentially has burned a ton of business relationships for the BDM’s there. They’ve been in business over 20 years and the name Rezult Group holds absolutely no weight in the community. As people were quitting, she started firing more people when she found out they were seeking new opportunities. We were told all of our concerns about the company were “bratty” and that retention did not matter to her at all. They micromanage you and will drive you right out of there once you really see how they operate. There is also no diversity at all.

Thank you for the feedback. We expect honesty for our team members in both actions and words. For those who do not represent that, our environment is not for you. We would rather not have anyone on a certain team than someone who downgrades the company standards and those of your colleagues. Good luck in your future endeavors.

          Pros

Hybrid work. It’s pretty chill just talking on the phone all day.

          Cons

Not a good company to work for. They are really greedy and only hire kids out of college to take advantage of that. Their turnover rate is pretty high

Factually inaccurate, less than 20% of the Birmingham office are 'kids out of college'. We find good team members in all walks of life. We are fortunate to have the ability to work with an array of backgrounds as long as the core values correlate.

            Pros

Hybrid schedule. Great office space. There can be a lot of flexibility depending on your direct leader.

            Cons

The company/leadership refuses to evolve or grow with industry changes. They have proved that tenure and loyalty means nothing to them and will let producing employees walk out to be replaced with five new grads with no experience. Most employees range from 21-25 year olds as that's the only demographic that the "competitive" salary will attract, which explains the turn-over and 20+ exit interviews in half a year. Leadership avoids addressing any retention talk and continues to deflect the culture issue as a producing issue. They lead with fear and expect you to comply or you are no longer a 'culture fit.'

              Cons

Shannon is so unprofessional. Will literally fire anyone for anything even though she only has 3 employees.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you felt wronged in your termination. We are very clear about expectations and communicate those consistently. If you were not meeting those, removing you from the team should not have been unexpected. My hope is that you find a professional environment where the expectations align more closely with your professionally aspirations.

                  Pros

There are talented producers that make the day to day bearable. Monthly lunch outings. Birthday cards. Nice office. Coffee provided. Clean bathrooms. Great location. Secured parking.

                  Cons

Lack of diversity. Micromanaged & fear based leadership style. No clear career path. Favoritism. Compensation - base pay is low and they keep lowering the commission payout. Office gossip. LI Recruiter not provided - you have to pay for any kind of LI membership. Dated technology. Immature, manipulative, and bullying leadership. Forced internal recruiting when we pay someone to do it. No HR. The company has a I don’t care/I don’t see the obvious toxic and failing environment with the mindset of everyone being replaceable. They let good people just walk out the door without an understanding of why. Many of us spent years with this company and it is not what it once was. The turnover rate is so high. Outdated training.

                    Pros

Friendly recruiters work from home on Fridays, and many areas where they can improve.

                    Cons

Poor leadership -I worked here during Covid, and during one of the Quarterly meetings, one of the owners complained for 30 min about how the sales team wasn't scheduling enough lunches with clients while he was working from home due to fear of the Covid 19. Unachievable Metric goals - no one in their organization hit their metrics goals. Throughout my career, I have always surpassed my activity goals, but they are literally impossible to hit here. That's why the average tenure of the people that work here is less than 2 years even though they have been in business for over 20.

                    2

Thank you for the feedback. Some inaccuracies here in general: Starting day one, sale and recruiting receive Monday and Friday remote. Have the ability through tenure and achievement to be fully remote. This is clearly explained and widely known. Did not have any layoffs, nor reduction of individual compensation for anyone during COVID. Asked everyone to resume business meetings once business was normalized. This decision was based on geography as it varied widely depending on market. Owners work onsite 4 days a week. We are a metric driven organization like the vast majority in our industry. We ask that you either hit metrics or profit goals. This is how company's profitable.

                      Senior Resource Manager

Last Thursday and Friday I interviewed with 2 hiring managers for 2 different companies. Both of them said they’d like me to progress to the next interview and the recruiter would reach out. One company said they wanted a offer out this month so it would be a quick process. I sent thank you emails and references. I haven’t heard from either recruiter. I had the recruiter screening and hiring manager interview just days apart, I thought I’d hear back by now. Thoughts?!
