    Pros

Some of the benefits at working at Rheumatolgy and Dermatolgy Associates are competive pay and good benefits. Both offices are in a good location.

    Cons

Some of the cons for working at Rheumatolgy and Dermatolgy Associates are, lack of training, lack of respect from management, and patients are not the first priority.(ex. no compassion for the patients, doctors and management are strictly in the business for money only.)

    Advice to Management

Do not yell at employees in front of patients. Management should not treat there employees like they are in kindergarten.(ex. employees having to tell management when they are going to lunch. ) Management should treat employees like adults.

    Pros

They do send you to some training classes, thus helping you increase your knowledge in Medical Billing to help you at future jobs.

    Cons

    High turn over rate.
    Uptight management
Disrespectful to employees - doctors and management feel as if they are above their employees.
Does not allow you to enjoy life outside of work - requires you to be there at all times, no matter the circumstances, especially if you do not have appropriate time off. If you miss work with out prior notification, employee will be written up.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to micromanage less. Your employees will want to work harder for you when you feel that you trust them, and when you encourage them to do a good job. Don't penalize your employees for every little thing. Life happens - and sometimes there will be circumstances that arise that prevent an employee from coming to work. Before you decide to penalize her, find out exactly what is going on.
