    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Rhythm & Hues Studios full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The work culture and exposure is best that you can get in India. You get to work on big Hollywood titles. Good Technical and standardized knowledge of the industry. The people are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

    Cons

Proprietary software makes you vulnerable when you plan to switch. The fixed 8 hours shift gradually turns up to 12 hours shift at times.(Mainly due to Bad Management). The Overall visual Effect industry is in a shattering state at the moment. It would be a wise move to seek different career option if available.
