I have been working at Richemont full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great, friendly work environment. Flexible hours. Convenient location for anywhere in the metroplex. A lot of freedom to self manage, as long as you can be responsible for yourself and earn the trust of your superiors.

    Cons

No consequences for doing a bad job, and no incentive for doing a good job. You'll never get a promotion, but you'll never get fired either.

They only con is they are slightly behind in the perks, but management is clearly making the effort to make us competitive in this arena, kudos for working on it!

    Advice to Management

My only advice to management is " Regonize when someone is just getting by, you don't deserve to be here if you aren't making a difference. "

    Pros

Very modern work environment.Great benefits and very competitive starting salary. Hiring process can take up to one month with 3 interviews.
