    Pros

There are None. None what's so ever. I can't give you any.

    Cons

This company is full of temp employees. And they don't care about their temp employees. Management doesn't listen when us temp employees voice our options about how to work better in the work place they just blow us off. This just isn't a very fun or friendly work environment. I just feel like they are using us as much as they can and don't care if we have families or a life outside work..

And this company is so unorganized it's ridiculous. And the system they are using is so jacked up it makes us hard to do our job.. So I m glad to be gone.. It's really a blessing not to have to deal with a poorly ran company.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees.. They are there to help you. And stop bullying.

I worked at Richemont full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

That after working here for several years, I’ve been given a very thorough course in “How not to run a business.” Compared to working in a cesspool like this, being treated with respect truly is a luxury and something I will be sure not to take for granted in the future.

    Cons

Too many to list. With a couple of exceptions, corruption, bigotry and homophobia run rampant in management. HR has a sordid history of being romantically intimate with our executives, so there’s absolutely no objectivity in fair decision making. Employees are treated like garbage with no consideration given to their personal lives or their families. Be prepared to sign away your evenings, weekends, holidays and social life, all in the name of the “business needs.” Everyone in the DC is forced to march to the beat of a tiny tyrant with a Napoleon complex. Managerial and supervisory opportunities are filled by personal friends of upper management, regardless of qualifications, so virtually no room for advancement. Disgruntled employees openly defecate on the bathroom floors. And when temp workers, who are brought in by the dozens, care nothing about their own appearance? Solution: Mandate uniforms for all! Gee, it worked for Auschwitz, after all....

    Advice to Management

Most of management is beyond help, so this advice is for the brands: If you knew anything about the low-rent caliber of people handling your product, and the spiteful management supporting it, you would be best served taking your business elsewhere.

I worked at Richemont full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and company culture. Opportunity to travel and transfer to different departments through out the world. Global company.

    Cons

Certain regions do not support the global company culture. Pay is not as high as other places. Management is not transparent, information is kept "secret" for some reason. Places a lot of responsibility on key members in the organization that is not management. Needs to hire more people to help keep the organization strong. Promotion is not always within even though you are involved in a program to "develop" your skills for management. Work/life balance is not supported in some regions.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your lower level employee's more, not just management's solutions. Help spread responsibilities across employees and not dump them on your top performers. Develop better succession planning, not just for upper management.

    Pros

The benefits (vacation, sick and personal time, insurance) are fantastic.

    Cons

The center is open until 9pm M-F and Saturday 9-530, there isn't a need for these hours especially when multiple people are working. It seems to be a waste of resources. There is a training manager but most people are lacking training even after repeatedly asking for it.
