I worked at Richfield Hospitality full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Richfield Hospitality's headquarters were in Colorado. They were a wonderful company with a great culture! My only reason for leaving was because they closed the Denver office.

    Cons

They no longer have a Colorado office.

    Pros

There were a few kind people. The person that hired me was great but she gave notice 2 weeks after I started

    Cons

Very departmentalized. The majority of people were rude, almost bully-ish

    Advice to Management

You had team builders that didn't help. Encourage everyone to reach out to new people.

I worked at Richfield Hospitality full-time

    Pros

Good work-life balance and benefits were decent. The people I worked with were generally nice but there was not a lot of interaction among employees.

    Cons

Richfield is the only company I have every worked at with zero culture. It's like a group of people that happen to work in the same building, and nothing more. The upper management is self-absorbed and not engaged with staff at all. The lack of leadership and mission leads me to believe Richfield will not amount to much.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management.
