    Pros

    Supportive school-level administration
A supportive PTA with supplements for personal spending
The facilities are well cared for
Technology is appreciated and supported on all levels

    Cons

Special education administration is completly unsupportive of staff, parents, and the community. They have a complete failure to recognize what is best for children and acknowledge what the teacher has to offer which include respecting their opinion.

Lyon need teachers in your special education administration department and listen!

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The location is in close proximity to major retail and interstate. No holiday or summer hours make it the job worthwhile

    Cons

incompetent principal sacred to stand up for teachers no follow through unorganized admin team decisions made based on personal feelings

    Advice to Management

you can not run a school if you are afraid to lead and face confrontation every now and then stop letting your personal feelings and friends influence your professional decisions
