    Advice to Management

Every student is different, treat them as such

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Richland College part-time

    Pros

Up to date tech facilities. Great equipment.

    Cons

Management is terrible. You aren't allowed to get full time hours because they don't want to have to offer benefits. Even though you can't get full time hours you're still required to pay into a retirement fund. Hiring process is EXTREMELY long. Overall a really terrible job. Not to mention I was laid off through e-mail 2 weeks before the fall semester started so I was left scrambling to find another job.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more with your employees. Every time I offered feedback or ideas I was shut down immediately.
