I have been working at Richland College full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very friendly, student-oriented. My boss is great, but others are known to micromanage.

    Cons

Hypermanaged. What seems to matter to the higher administrators is documentation that we are doing many things rather than actually doing a few things very well. Explosive growth of paperwork.

    Advice to Management

Stop buying into the latest fix for anything. Make up your mind what your philosophy is, and stick to it.
