      I worked at Rick Case Acura full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Started off good and I enjoyed most of the staff. Laid back at times

      Cons

      Many many hours which comes with the job. Lack of support from upper management. Was told I would get an annual bonus of 10% after one year of service but then was told by Benny Chahal the general manager that he will not pay. General Manager is a liar and con man.

      Advice to Management

      Stop telling lies to people. There is a reason why turnover is so high in this business and this is part of it. I was a good employee who always did my job and always come to work on time and left on time or late. You let me go due to a lie and this is what you consider the business. My tip is to find a new job...you are not very good at the one you have.

      I have been working at Rick Case Acura

      Pros

      Probably the most laid back in the auto sales industry. You are able to go to management tell them they messed up and they won't turn against you but will actually listen and try something different next time or show you why they did what they did.

      Cons

      Some management have no idea of what's happening and listening to the bickering from other sales staff. Management will not admit that the economy sucks it is our fault that people are not coming in like three or four years ago. You really need to put a lot of hours in and it takes a long time to build a good customer base.

      Advice to Management

      Listen to your employees better about what path's to try and also have more faith in that they know what to do and give them more access to programs that could help them sell more cars.
