I have been working at Rick Case Honda full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people. Great team. One of the best companies I've worked for in my 14+ years in the business.

    Cons

Some of the managers are stretched too thin, which slows down the decision making.

    Advice to Management

More help is needed in management in order to make things run smoother.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Rick Case Honda full-time

    Pros

    High Sales in car department

    Cons

Too many politics, cut-throat, has no care for employee well-being, hostile work environment

    Advice to Management

Find some way to lower the turn-over rate in sales department and find a way to get service department to work with each other not against each other. Don't entertain gossip about associates based on jealous employees. Keep other associates salary information confidential. Try to show more compassion for employees because they have families and anyone who gets fired based on gossip is unacceptable, seek the truth and employees will show loyalty.

    Pros

Paid training. Thoughtful and receptive HR department. The Sales Managers are very good at what they do. Would recommend to check out.

    Cons

Hire too many salespeople in order to flood the floor for more sales. This causes a very greedy mentality. Cutthroat.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Pros

The training was better than most dealerships.

    Cons

Pay checks were always short. You have to constantly fight to receive your proper compensation.

    Advice to Management

Stop the excessive turn over of sales personnel. 630 sales peopled hired and fired at one location within 5 years where the standing sales force only numbers 18 when at full staff.
