    I worked at Ricky's full-time

    Pros

    Great discount. 40%
It can be fun at times depending on location. I worked with Mike he mentored me and shortly after I became one of his lead merchandisers so I worked at multiple Ricky's locations mostly high volume and worked at 14the St the longest which is the flag ship store did a lot if great things there and was one one the veteran associates there.

    Cons

Pay sucks for how much work I did and how much was expected of me at first wasn't in it for the money but as you get older life and bills hit and I didn't get the exact title I was because there's a lot of favoritism depending on ASM's and store management.

    Pros

Ricky's is FUN, you learn so much about health & beauty and you get a great discount

    Cons

The people they work with are too familiar with each other.
I once complained about workplace harassment, the manager didn't do anything since the person in question was their friend.
Once management changed, the new manager made my work experience so uncomfortable I left.

    Advice to Management

Please be choosy with the people you hire
