Inexperienced management passes fault on to other departments. HR has their head in the sand. Personal career growth of managed employees is not even on management's radar. Turnover upwards of 50% is an accepted norm.
Advice to Management
Quit using up people and throwing away the carcases. Find quality candidates and grow them into productive team members.
