    Pros

Positive Change taking place, global company, opportunity long term. Great change and good choice at the Executive CEO level. Long term outlook is good. There is proper channels for bringing issues to management including a hotline.

    Cons

Layoffs continue at the lower level (those doing the work). O&G market unpredictable and company not diversified. Compensation should be evaluated as a whole. Managers wearing multiple hats.

    Pros

company is actually a good company. Sure sometimes there are headaches, what job does not have them. All of the complaints on this company? really? stop crying because you were asked to do something that "is not your job description". you post all the negative about it, well step up. No one moves up by simply doing their job. You will stay dormant, and never move up. Take the other hats, show your skill, show your want to. Stop blaming the others for your lack of achievement. No im not a manager, im simply a person who is willing to work, and do what the managers ask of me. There is an open door policy, you have to be man enough (or woman enough) to walk in that "open door" and ask "can we talk" your manager will want to hear it. if they dont, there is a manager issue, not company issue. Great place to be!!

    Cons

oil and gas company, future is not certain, but what O&G is at this time in this market? They have some, nothing worth noting. every place has a few cons.

    Advice to Management

Keep the current CEO (Marty) he is making changes, and employees feel much better with him involved. new direction we are going looks promising.
