I have been working at Righttime Medical Care full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great staff members to work with. Good pay and they have tuition reimbursement to help you grow

    Cons

Every company has cons. Too many staff members complain about things that could be fixed by changing their attitude.

I worked at Righttime Medical Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay if you have experience! Providers are very knowledgeable and willing to teach. If you need hours you can get up to 96 hrs per pay period.

    Cons

Employees are lazy, always on their phones, patients come back to get triaged and other clinical staff acts as if they dont see there are patients to be triaged. The company only cares about making money. If you are sick the company does not care and expects you to come to work even if you have the flu. When interviewed i was told by the manager i would be working 4 days on and 3 days off, 12 hr shifts, not the case i work everyday 12 hr shifts sometimes 8 hours and always closing the site and having to be back the next day to open. No real room for advancement. They cant keep staff.

    Advice to Management

Fairly make schedules, stop allowing other employees to run you and influence your decisions, listen to your employees and have prn staff to cover the clinical staff.

I have been working at Righttime Medical Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you are into making your way up the corporate ladder by any desperate means, this is the job for you.

    Cons

Dog eat dog environment. No Self-Accountability from Executives, can't keep employees. Money Hungry....

    Advice to Management

Can't give advice to a group of individuals who do not understand how to run a business. This company is full of unethical behavior, unfair treatment of qualified employees, desperately in need of clinicians to the point where they enable Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and other medical personnel to speak to employees in a way to the point of belittling them. This is not a company with job security. In the CEO's words, "We make people so uncomfortable that they will quit verses us firing them". No loyalty to their employees, no clear sense of direction.

I worked at Righttime Medical Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pros are minimal, but they do give you paid time off (very little, but something) and you are offered health insurance if working full time.

    Cons

The only thing that the company cares about us seeing the most patient's during operating hours. The company is so worried about keeping the money coming in that they have very little concern for employees. I was terminated while on medical leave for a heart condition that I was diagnosed with 4 months ago...which is illegal!

    Advice to Management

This company needs to open their eyes and question why there is such a HUGE turnover rate...employees are supposed to do whatever it takes to see as many patients as possible which contributes to prescriptions not being sent, insurance information not being entered correctly, and long waits for patients because too many appointments are scheduled too close to each other.

I worked at Righttime Medical Care full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Really none except pay was half way decent

    Cons

Very gossipy from the start. If you did not fit in to their little group that was it you were basically doomed for failure. Manager very unempathetic to anything.

    Advice to Management

    Your employees are people too.

    Pros

Hires anybody. If you are looking to gain experience, go for it. If not would not recommend.

    Cons

Bad cultures in the workplace; too much use of profanity by staff including some providers. Company does not care about employees. Too much gossip going on in the work place. Not a positive environment to be in. Management sucks.

    Advice to Management

    Take classes on Leadership

Learn how to communicate. Employees constantly feel "out of the loop" and it's bad for morale.
