Pros
This is a very friendly and welcoming work environment. The supervisors are all very friendly and are willing to work with you to further achieve and goals you may have. You work with them and they'll work with you. Many opportunities for advancement are available as well.
Cons
The company is still pretty new and is working out some of the policies. Further refining their processes and whatnot. So long as you don't mind working with that I'd still highly recommend this place for employment

Pros
The company, at least at corporate headquarters, seems to genuinely care about its employees. There are snacks and sodas provided free in the breakroom, the coffee isn't garbage, and the cabinets are well stocked with things like oatmeal and hot chocolate, and we regularly have company outings and social events. Being a smaller company, I understand why the benefits are average at best, but I've seen worse at bigger companies, so I know they're doing what they can with what they have. We've begun having quarterly all company meetings I find very beneficial to get a feel for the direction and intent of our company, and the leadership including us in their decisions has a very real impact on morale, I think. Very little if any micromanaging. As long as you do your workload and don't make problems for other people, you're free to do as you want. No one requires you to be at your desk at all times, no one will give you funny looks if you take a long lunch or leave a bit early. It seems the work environment is very project-based, rather than performance based. My boss, in particular, is very relaxed about the work environment.
Cons
There is a bit of disconnect between departments, and it can be difficult to stay in contact with folks in the field. And yes, benefits are average, and there's no 401k matching, though I'm told that should change soon with our new leadership. The corporate building is a bit run down and there's not much in the way of employee focus. Some places have a gym or a cafe, but this place has none of that. Our lobby just has a few chairs and a coffee table, where we could better use that space for entertainment or at the very least a couch! But those are small gripes. Overall this is a great place to work if you desire a lower key work environment. The pay is average though, but the benefit is the small business feel, without the instability of small business employment. Moving up doesn't provide much in the way of advancement. There are certainly career opportunities, but, being a medium business, they are perhaps fewer and farther between than at a bigger company.

Pros
I have worked for some really well known call centers, and I really enjoy working here. The employees really seem to care about making a difference, and helping each other. I know I come in every day looking forward to helping customers, and contributing to a team.
Cons
I get this a lot from people I work with that it would be nice if customers had a way to contact us directly instead of calling the general number.
