I have been working at Rise Technical Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Environment and people, mixed with a great work ethic makes a great place to work. plenty on company incentives and great foundations to build the career you want.

    Cons

You get out what you put in, if you work hard and push yourself when it gets hard, then it will pay off and you'll have a great career alongside some truly great people. if you don't then it will be a hard graft and wont be for you.

    Advice to Management

The management team are switched on and target driven, but manage to make a fun and personal environment that works to get the best out of everyone.

I worked at Rise Technical Recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None apart from location and even then parking is limited

    Cons

They simply steal a living off the hard honest working, and then ensure the employees all post reviews via glassdoor

    Advice to Management

Talk to their employees more, be more assertive to their requirements rather than picking up on the little things to assert dominance

I have been working at Rise Technical Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - The progression available is great; in less than two years I have progressed from a trainee into a management position.
    - The commission structure is also the best I have seen in the area.
    - Great earning potential; my biggest commission cheque so far was over £11'000.
    - Good working hours for the industry, other companies will expect you to be in the office on weekends if you don't hit your targets. It is no lie that you have to work hard to be successful and some nights you will be in the office later than you would like but Rise allows you to keep a good work life balance.
    - City centre location.

    Cons

None that I can think of.
