    They Rock!

I was laid off from my company after 16 years and we were provide an Outplacement service. It happened to be RiseSmart. I’m so thankful for RiseSmart. I was lost. I hadn’t expected to be jobless all of a sudden after a major acquisition. RiseSmart came to the rescue! I was proactively called from a representative at RS. I was set up with a coach an appt to talk to my coach weekly. I was provided with a Resume writer, training calls. They were daily and I was able to go in and select the calls that I felt would benefit me the most. I got excited about the new possibilities. I was give a portal that sent me openings in the areas I selected, that I otherwise wouldn’t have seen or even known about. I had an “AWESOME” coach that was there for me, whether it was jobs, the site and how to maneuver or just feeling down about my current situation at the time.

I highly recommend RiseSmart! They truly cared about me and my success going forward. The other thing I love about this service, I have my RiseSmart log on for life. A company that keeps giving!

If you do not know where to start or just need assistance with a next phase of your career life, there really is any better solution that RiseSmart.

I’m so very grateful for the new opportunities that they provided to me.

    Cons

I didn’t have a bad situation with RS
