Pros
- very positive mental attitude of work teams. - people here genuinely enjoy socializing with each other. - open door management style. - extremely cool next gen external security technology. Finding the bad guys is a worthy mission
Cons
We're not immune to the problems you have with trying to scale quickly... finding good people quickly in the security business is a challenge.

Great Company, Strong Vision, Well Positioned, Executives Care About You
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Strong leadership team. Founders genuinely care about you, your personal success and the success of RIQ. Very open door policy and you are free to ask anything. We are growing fast and brining on new customers weekly. The velocity is at rocket ship speed. You are free to pivot and do what is right....work / life balance is a very important part of the 3RIQ DNA and is shared across the entire org. We are a family and operate as such. I love my colleagues like they are family.
Cons
With fast growth comes mistakes. We are not always going to get it 100% right all the time. However, leadership is humble enough to admit mistakes and willing to make the necessary adjustments. We work for amazing logo's and on cutting edge projects.

Pros
The market we are going after is ripe and there is nothing else addressing the security concerns as RiskIQ is focused. The team is a collection of rock stars overall. There is outstanding flexibility as long as you get things done. Also a great atmospehere where it is more like dealing with family than co-workers. Just like family, we have our squabbles and disagreements, but we work through things and get things done while have fun at the same time!
Cons
Not that it is overwhelming, but RiskIQ is not the place for someone that wants to punch a clock, if you love helping companies address gaps in their security posture and are passionate about it, come on over, if not, this may be a con for you.

Don't believe the Glassdoor review hype - this is not a good company to work for
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Gives the impression of being a cutting edge cyber security company with vision and happy staff who update Glassdoor with their wonderful reviews of how great the technology, management and opportunity is here.
Cons
The reality is that it is NOT a cutting edge cyber security company with vision and happy staff. The staff are mandated by senior management to update Glassdoor with these positive reviews of how great the technology, management and opportunity is at this company. It is a zoo - each department is fighting for air time and there is no team dynamic whatsoever. The wrong people have been hired into key management positions and it feels like a science project with the lab assistants ruling the roost and the business people making the coffee and sweeping the floor. After two years of frustrated service (constantly hoping that things would change for the better), I will be resigning this month to go to more creditable and professional pastures.

Pros
If you like a dynamic environment and enjoy coloring outside the lines and helping to build a business, than this is for you. If you require defined structure and established platforms than the environment will challenge you. Really great people. Smart. Curious. Customer Focused. GREAT product that is defining a marketspace for security.
Cons
Marketing and messaging are a work in process which is completely normal for a emerging space. Same for lead generation but that is why you come here. Bring ideas and they will be listened to.
