I worked at Rite Aid part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

We had 1hr break, *not all stores do*
    Received 20% off

    Cons

-Not enough employees to help you out
-maximum people that work there in the morning/night is 3 including the manager
the other cashier that's with you leaves to go do "go backs" but they just don't wanna be in the front.
-they expect you to stand for full 8hrs! the only time i got to rest was during my break.
    -Managers are judgemental
-The Lost Prevention dude is hella creepy, he would automatically assume something if you make eye contact
    - 10 cents for a bag!
-Starting pay is 10.50 or 10.70 max

    Advice to Management

    hire more people!!!
and also look at their records, fire rude employees.

    Pros

the job itself is not bad or very hard, but the pay is to low to for the amount of work that they require you to do. this is a job for people who have little to no job experience or people who have no desire to get an education. otherwise it is just a temporary job

    Cons

too many responsibilities for the amount of pay

    Advice to Management

be more mindful of the training you give your employees
