    I worked at Ritz-Carlton full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Made decent tips + hourly pay

    Cons

Low paying even with tips, supervisors will work you 16+ hours a day during holiday weekends and then schedule you off the rest of the week so they do not have to pay you over time. They will fire you for minor incidents.

    Advice to Management

Come out of your offices more than once a month if you really want to know what is going on in your departments. Otherwise, stay silent and let your people do the job they know how to do.
