    Pros

    I work for several hotels but there's no hotel in Chicago that has a better management team the fair the hard-working and they're not afraid to get their hands dirty

    They don't hire within they do not promote

    Advice to Management

    coffee breaks or or bridal tasty they r not fair

    Pros

    They like to Promote form within , the company has a very strong culture , able to cross train with other departments when help is needed

    Cons

    The pay for entry level management is not great.- lot of responsibilities. They like to merge departments and their responsabilities with little or not training or help.

    Great benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, and hotel discounts around the world

    Cons

    Senior leadership expects you to work 24-7 without balance. The employees are entitled and it's very political.

    Advice to Management

    Follow through is important. Value your staff.

    Pros

    My guest make me the happiest! I love the flexibility we have to WOW the guest as well as each other. Nothing in life is perfect but this comes pretty close :) Open door policy is real and effective.

    Cons

    The slow season is a concern.
