I worked at River City Casino full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Amazing benefits, decent pay. Work here if you’re good with settling for less.

    Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. No encouragement, dishonest! They run all over you. Over work you. They only try to fix a problem after you complain 20 times.

    Advice to Management

    Throw away the whole team.

    Pros

Free Meal during shift It is a job that pays bills

    Cons

Free food is worth every penny. I got food poisoning 2 times in 5 years. Once is enough! FT work dropped to PT due to lack of business. Lost FT Benefits and PT Benefits did not match the ACA and the cost were more than FT Management is not qualified for their jobs. The Chefs are reckless with food handling a safety. When questioned by employees the management become hostile and begins HR supported harassment....
