      Positive Outlook

I have been working at RiverHills Bank

      Pros

The culture is amazing. Can honestly say I have never worked for such a relationship based bank. Not only are customer relationships a priority, internal relationship and family relationships right at the top of that list. Regular employee events are scheduled to not only encourage team building but our families are invited to a lot of them as well. "Relationships Matter" is proven every day here.

      Cons

I really have no complaints about my employment here. I can honestly say I have never worked for such a great company.

      Advice to Management

      Keep up the great work!!!
