Pros
Riverpoint management has provided me with more hands on marketing experience and knowledge than I could have ever gained in a classroom. The people working for this company are great, and I would highly recommend Riverpoint to anyone looking for an internship or a full time position with lots of potential.
Cons
Initially it can be hard to take on the leadership role.

Pros
Positive and friendly work environment with lots of opportunity for growth and learning!
Cons
No major cons come to mind. There is a lot to learnt to learnt to learn, but the training provided is great!!

Pros
Mostly good people trying to work together.
Cons
A lot of empty promises about travel, and getting your own office. The hours are extremely long for little to no pay. It's no better than being a sample lady at Sam's Club. I'm glad this place closed - owner was rude, unprofessional and did not care about me or my professional development.

Pros
There is a 3 round interview process. The first one is an overview of it. The second one is on site at an event they run. This one really showed me what the position was for. The third round is back at the office to go over everything and a few more questions. I knew and understood pretty well from the get go what would be asked of me. I feel like they were all very clear in it. I learned a lot while there! My confidence went WAY up! I learned how to manage myself and my time. I can also talk to people and remain calm now when people are so mean or rude. Honestly, it was overall a great experience for me. I had to leave because I relocated or I would still be there working for my own goals with motivated people beside me.
Cons
The office is cold.

Pros
Kelly is fantastic! Work with some great people - (and some not so great, but that's anywhere, right?) Positive office environment.
Cons
Not respectful of your time outside of the workplace, a lot of wear and tear on personal vehicle (depending on the roadshow), and very short notice for schedule changes.
