    Pros

you get paid decent for what you work

    Cons

I have been working at Rivers Casino (Pennsylvania) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay for a dealer is hard to beat for the level of education you need.

    Cons

Very poor communication as a whole.
Management doesn't seem to care about work/life balance, and the general feel is that dealers are numbered robots here to make the casino money, not people that have lives, families, and health to see to.
If you apply for part-time, know that 'part-time' dealers are currently working 40-45 hours per week.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people, because they are.
