    Pros

Not very many. Benefits are not bad, salaries average. No time clock to punch, time off for legitimate reasons is allowed. That's about it.

    Cons

Sr. Mgmt is clueless. Technology is aging. Budget is all but gone for anything but the President's boondoggles and golf memberships. Some departments are overly bloated, others are woefully understaffed. No training to speak of. No tuition reimbursement. No travel either.

    Advice to Management

Retire. Soon. At the least the President should move on and let the board bring in someone with vision. But it will take an overhaul of multiple areas to become competitive.

    Pros

Management is good and understanding, Flexible work schedule, laid back environment.

    Cons

Salaries are below average, the technologies are a little bit behind.

    Advice to Management

Management should pay more attention to empolyees and try to motivate them a little.
