Training is thorough. Lots of room for career development if you so wish to move up the ladder.

Lower wage for per diem than other facilities. Per diem doesn't receive raises or bonuses. I have been making the same amount for the last 4 years.

There are no good reasons to work there unless you want to be in a dead end job.
Cons
Attrition rate is super high. All levels of management are inept and inmoral. They have worth ethics. Absolutely no possibility to move up. Retention is non existent. McDonalds has higher starting wage. Terrible work environment. Workers are unappreciated and look upon as servants.
