    Negative Outlook

I worked at Rivoli Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The good thing only salary and insentives.but its doesn't deserve to suffer like this for this salary.

    Cons

This is the worse company I ever saw. No growth no career. If you want to get I hirer position or grow or any help from management then you have to be like a dog beside someone from management other wise you will be down and everyone will play and giving orders. If you don't want to regret in future better to not join there and I will advise someone to join. I wish that company bussines will go down and soon rivoli will close.

    Advice to Management

Management people be a human please. And change this grandma hairstyle please and uniform of officiant .its a luxury shop not cafeteria. Respect the hardworking people not who is sitting on chair whole day using mobile and giving orders.

I have been working at Rivoli Group (More than a year)

    Pros

Handsome salary package and great environment to work with, an expat comes aboard to earn good so that's the only main reason as someone is stuck with the company, only in regions i think employees are suffering from this.

    Cons

Staffing issue are there, sometimes. Mostly being alone at a store for one year gives depression to the expats, as they are far from there home and family

    Advice to Management

Keep a track to the regions, and there staff issues.
