I worked at Road Rebel Global full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Road Rebel operates at the heart of the entertainment industry. To work for Road Rebel makes you a part of that.

    Cons

The team is relatively small. This contributes to a great work community.

I have been working at Road Rebel Global for less than a year

    Pros

.Small office, nice and friendly atmosphere .Music .Dog friendly .Office-Casual dresscode .Friday lunch and beer o'clock .Tickets for shows! .9-17:30 Overall not the usual internship: they give you tasks that are important and therefor they give you responsability. They don't use interns to get coffee or walk the dog. I think it's a huge plus, as an internship should be a working experience and that's... what you get at Road Rebel Amsterdam - the good and the bad (sometimes stressy or a bit boring aka data entry, nothing REALLY bad, honestly, for interns of course). Everything is pretty structured (even though there are always exceptions), the system (rebel nav) is a great idea and they are working on its flaws constantly. Managers are very present and always check in, either in 1 on 1s or weekly dept meetings. Great time to be there and see how the office/business is growing.

    Cons

The system is studied in a way that whoever has had the trainings can pick up a task at any point if whoever was working it is not there. This is great most of the times but I personally feel that the process would me much quicker and easier if followed by the same person from beginning to end, as said person would know who to speak to and already have some sort of relationship. Most things RR needs from... vendors/suppliers needs to be chased daily, which is understandable given the nature of entertainment clients, however I think that too much chasing puts a lot of suppliers off and makes them less keen on helping out. I think that giving them the impression that everything is always "urgent" gives the wrong message, in the long run. As an intern, there was a long training process that is great but looks a bit of a waste considering that it's only for 3-6 months; it looked almost the same training as the new coordinators' that were hired. (minus the client fronting part probably).
