Pros
•Short development cycles of complex MEMS sensors. See and experience the performance of our development in every day consumer electronics (phones, smart watches, headphones) is very rewarding. •Opportunities to learn from the best specialists in the field from many disciplines (packaging, asic, MEMS, test, data analysis) , and from the rich expert network at Bosch •Opportunities to have a direct impact in sensors that make it to the top tier of consumer electronic products •Energetic colleagues and managers with personal and human touch. •Resources to innovate, to self-develop, to start actions with impact in the organization in the short and long term are not a problem. • Flexibility to work remote (some days a year), home-office, and work-life balance encouraged and supported by managers. • Lot of sustainable options offered by the company for commute, local transportation. • Opportunities to contribute in company development by taking active role shaping the way we work and the place we work. • Lot of benefits such as subsidized meals, transport, discounts in products, and services.
Cons
• Location of the headquarters is not appealing, though it is in a very nice area of the region. There are some good options to commute from bigger cities around. • Roadmap changes frequently to capture opportunities in the market. That might create some anxiety to some. Consumer electronics market is very dynamic. • Some product phases can be very demanding and create some strain in colleagues. Some stress might arise. Generally those phases are limited in time, and supported with resources.
