    Pros

    It was a good learning experience. Being the first job in my career it provided a new exposure. The work life balance in BOSCH is amazing. The team I worked for was very supportive.

    Cons

    The growth rate was bit slow.

    On-sites were the main thing which most of the employees were after and there were a bunch of them.

    Cons

    Onsites depends on your rapport with the manager and the group/team you are located in.

    Pros

    Very well organized and great training program, they fly you around to different locations and give opportunity to work on different projects.

    Cons

    HR does not really run the program with proper feedback loops, projects could be very dull and one could end in a dead department

    Advice to Management

    Please make the TMT program more rigorous and send them to qualified departments that actually test their competencies
