    good training programs

    Cons

    Hr is worst ever
    I too sabbatical leave and had to resign from sabbatical leave.
    They dragged my exit clearance process for 1 & half year, which is horrible.
    Hr has least concern towards providing information or making any progress in exit clearance.
    Every step needs hundreds of followup mails and calls.
    Though i had not resigned for better job or another company but due to my personal issues i wanted my service letters and exit documents. They have shown me hell and still are showing me. My documents have not yet been released.

    Pros

    Quality of work is real good , you get to work on cutting edge car software !!!
    Relaxed work environment .
    Free food (You get fed up of it after a while).
    Onsite opportunities for everyone.

    Cons

    Slow growth for freshers.
    Bad paymaster, pays like any other IT company.
    Harassment by management during notice period while leaving the company (In some departments they even make an all out effort to screw up the rest of your career).
    Arrogant HR (most of the people i knew)

    Advice to Management

    Project Managers and Group Managers at times are very egoistic and hypocritical. Ensure that they stick to the values on which the company is based .
    STOP HARASSING employees who want to leave , you need to respect their decision.

    Pros

    - Excellent Company culture
    - Supportive colleagues both in India and Germany
    - Good Onsites
    - Free Food
    - Good Work Life
    - Company paid NPS

    Cons

    - Bad Salary
    - Dead end of technically ambitious people
    - No Embedded development work
    - Most of the documentation work
    - Crazy, redundant,frustrating Processes
    - Managers do not work worth a penny
    - No on time promotions
    - Worst food
    - Increments not related to performance
    - HR's don't care attitude
    - Stay here for 3 years and you will remain here.

    Advice to Management

    - Learn from attrition
    - Appreciate the hard workers in terms of salaries not 500 rs
    - Don't hire core embedded development people if you know you don't do that kind of work here

    Free Food
    Karnataka people get good hike.
    Karnataka people get onsite opportunity. (very soon)

    Cons

    No hike.
    No career growth.
    No promotion
    No onsite opportunity
    No one cares about your skills and talent, unless you are a "Kannadigaa"

    Advice to Management

    stop extreme favourism of kannadigas, little bit is OK. but here It is too much and it is open

    Lot of politics in some dept.
    Employee Harassment during feedback, which HR is not bothered about.

    Implement Non - biased HR professionals
    Protect talents from the Managerial Bossism.

    I worked at Robert Bosch India full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The only best part about this company is the "onsite", if you don't have that opportunity in your time, better stay away.
    When you are done working and wants to settle down and retire in a company, this is heaven for you.
    If you love activities- dance, singing, football anything of that sort... you will get more than what u would have ever wanted.

    Cons

    Focus is more on timings like government employees 10 to 4 is a must otherwise its a red sign in your daily report.
    No scope for creativity
    Definitely not for freshers and north indians.
    If you got a good manager u r lucky, if not the only option you have is to leave because higher management just wont do anything for you.
    Oh yea about hikes, lets not even talk about it.
    Definitely not a fun place or an environment to work for.
    HR's are useless.

    Advice to Management

    I don't think they care, so why waste time.

    I worked at Robert Bosch India full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Good place to learn
    - Very good culture and system in place
    - Good work life balance

    Cons

    - Poor management practices at reality, even it is not the Bosch way.
    - Great stress to PMs if the GrM/DH don't want any escalation in projects and no breach in OTDC (On time delivery) which has the open door for quality compromise!! and think the stress to PM in the green field project. Still it is not the Bosch way
    - Acceptance of the risks or taking the risks at the department head level is very poor.

    Advice to Management

    - Goal settings are done at very high level and seen most of the associates and his supervisors looks to Goals only at Mid year review or Final GPD discussions!! I personally experienced most of the times actual work carried by the associate is far away from his Goals and at GPD discussion simple comment from the supervisor it is expected to do this also !!!
    - Having a very good system, use the system to actual implementations to improve the qualities of the product and sure there is great scope of improvements in speed deliveries.
    - Especially in Time and Material projects GrMs/DHs are happy and cound the progress of the project with the head count increment in the project !! - Bosch is a Technology based company.
    - Almost all levels below level 54 associates growth is in control of GrM/DH level. I recommend HR should initiate the associate growth plans with his GPD ratings in the previous yeas.
    - Bosch Culture and Value are awesome but in the ground level experienced very less in practicing inside the company.

    Pros

    Free food,office is located at center of the city.Brand value.work is okay

    Cons

    There Will be lot of process than the actual work.
    Good work goes to the architect favourites.
    Less motivational activities.
    Managers are not competitive.
    Only skill required is Excel.
    Company does not provide equal opportunity .

    Advice to Management

    Please cut short the process and concentrate on innovations.
