    Pros

Everyone was extremely professional and nice. The working environment was relaxed and friendly. As an intern I was given a lot of responsibilities which were important and meaningful to the company and not just mundane tasks.

    Cons

The on-boarding process was a bit slow and affected whether or not I had the proper access to files in order to complete projects assigned to me. It is not a very exciting work environment and there are not a lot of company perks.

    Pros

Good experience, and was exposed to a multi-faceted business like Bosch, with both internal and external customers.

    Cons

The office was pretty standard, and development practices seemed out of date or unorganized. Tasks were not well distributed, and organization of code was severely lacking.

    Advice to Management

Please encourage better coding and documentation practices. Near impossible to join a project mid-way through

I have been working at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good products. Great people. Opportunities to work and travel in many other countries. Working hours are reasonable. Benefits are not too bad.

    Cons

Enormous Bureaucracy, yielding an organization that can never be described as agile. Company prides itself on innovation and social responsibility, yet neither is evident. Culture is such that process is more important that the bottom line. If you are not German, you will eventually be made to feel like a second class employee. Company prides itself on diversity, yet staffs most executives in all global offices with German nationals, making it very difficult to reach that level.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach.
