    Pros

Nice co-workers, and... well... I have to use 5 words.

    Cons

Micromanagement. RHL's best salespeople are managers, which means they are great at selling... but not managing people. They ONLY care about numbers, not people.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees and candidates like people not numbers....

I have been working at Robert Half Legal part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Its a great company to use to supplement your own job search process.

    Cons

The downside is you may not be matched with a company that provides you with the experience you need to get the next position, rather you are matched with a company that merely expands on the experience you have at that time. This becomes an issue if you want to progress in the industry or change your career path.

I worked at Robert Half Legal full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They found me a position very quickly but were extremely pushy and did not listen to me when I told them I didn’t want to interview for certain positions.

    Cons

This agency is a DISASTER. I used them to find a legal assistant job. I was optimistic at first, but the “account representative I worked with quickly became VERY pushy and would not take no for an answer when I declined interviewing for jobs that were not a good fit for me. He called and emailed relentlessly until I got placed at a legal assistant position. When I accepted the position I was told I would be paid $14 an hour and I took that compensation into heavy consideration when deciding to accept the position. After about a month and a half at the job I reviewed my pay stubs randomly and thank goodness I did as I noticed I was only getting paid $12 an hour. When I brought this to the attention of the account representative at Robert Half he told me that the original offer of $14/hour was a typo on his end and it was supposed to be $12. He said there was nothing he could do and that he couldn’t provide me with backpay OR start paying me the correct amount. But he offered me advice to “just keep doing a good job.” He NEVER admitted his mistake or apologized to me and after I fought with him I was offered a monthly “bonus” to make up for the mistake-or to shut me up...? I never received the bonuses and when I left the position as $12 an hour was not worth the headache, he went right back to being pushy trying to get me into another job so he could start getting paid. These people are greedy, sneaky crooks who don’t care about finding you a quality position, they only care about getting paid. STAY FAR AWAY.
