I have been working at Robert Half Management Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very well connected. Has some very good recruiters.

    Cons

Your experience will depend mostly on the client your assigned to, and they can't do too much if you get a bad client.

I worked at Robert Half Management Resources (More than a year)

    Pros

They offer benefits such as 401K, Health, Vision, and Dental. You receive a bonus when you reach the required amount of work hour which usually takes about a year.

    Cons

They don't communicate with you letting you know that your contract is about to end. They could proactively start looking for other contract positions when an assignment is about to end.

I have been working at Robert Half Management Resources full-time

    Pros

Great chance to gain exposure to multiple industries, network, and develop focus as a stepping stone towards a more established career.

    Cons

Not great benefits. Forced paid time off if a client is closed, but RHMR doesn't recognize holiday. Uncertainty of when or where next client engagement will be.

    Advice to Management

Develop a means to encourage long-term tenures with the company. Including a 401k match, more PTO to start (13 days is not a lot when some may not be by choice), and greater transparency on max paid bench time. Not exactly something a consultant controls.
