    Pros

You learn the ground work for heavy recruiting ASAP and can easily market these skills into another company. RH does have excellent training for identifying good candidates.

    Cons

There is little to no team guidance for how to navigate a difficult market. They all identify as Sharks and are please when you have trouble.

    Advice to Management

Stop the churn and burn cycle.

I worked at Robert Half (More than a year)

    Pros

They worked fast to find me work, I got an office job at a start up in NYC. Would say they probably work best in a big city environment, because there's a lot more opportunity if you're someone like me who didn't start with a lot of experience.

    Cons

I read some negative things about how they bring people in knowing full-well that they wont be able to help them find job placement, but they were good to me.

    Pros

Within a couple weeks I had 3 interviews for different jobs within my field. Before my temporary job was even over, they had lined up job interviews for me so there wouldn't be a gap in between jobs.

    Cons

Constant calls, emails and texts. I'd rather work through emails but I received many calls and texts from them.

    Advice to Management

Allow candidates to choose which mode of communication they prefer.
