    Pros

Amazing! Definitely a place where you can thrive.

Check out Fortune Magazine's “World's Most Admired Companies" by Industry and Forbes' "List of Best Professional Search Firms".

**SPOILER ALERT** RH is #1 on both.

    Cons

I seriously can't think of a single thing.

I worked at Robert Half full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I love my job coz my group loves me. I treat them like my families. This is my 2nd home. I just retired this year but not happy to go! Looking for a part time job (San Ramon CA, Dublin CA, & Pleasanton CA.

    Cons

If I have problems that I can't solved they usually help me how to do it. My group always helped me a lot!

I have been working at Robert Half full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - You literally change lives every day
    - Room for growth and career opportunities
    - Endless earning potential
    - Incredible team members
    - Positive work environment

    Cons

    - Work/life balance sometimes lacks, but the harder you work, the more you earn (so I would not really consider this a con).

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing! I love working for Robert Half.

I have been working at Robert Half full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great working environment. High energy within the different lines of business (Accountemps, OfficeTeam, etc.) and the celebration of "Small successes" goes a loooong way. On the job training gives you real experience to ups and downs of the position. Job is very rewarding when processes fall in line.

    Cons

On the job training is not for the faint of heart. It requires patience, so be ready to "ride a bike" AFTER you fall a few times. Changes come randomly (it may seem) so be willing to adapt and apply sudden changes.

    Advice to Management

Coordinate a process to make the new hire, and the experienced team member, fluent with information exchange.

I worked at Robert Half full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Yes they'll find you an assignment.

    Cons

Robert Half seems to have a goal of keeping their contractors as temps, rather than trying to place them in a permanent position. If one could see what they bill clients for the contractor's work, especially if the contractor pulls down overtime, its any wonder they would bother to find a contractor a permanent position. Once the contractor has been converted Robert Half can't churn the dollars anymore off that contractor and that's not sustainable. They are more concerned about themselves, and careless about the candidate's goals. There are a number of other great agencies who really go out of their way to support jobseekers goals and don't charge high buyout fees to clients making the clients think twice about converting the temp.

    Advice to Management

Learn to treat jobseekers with respect and put their needs ahead of your own. Be transparent. Do a better job of onboarding your temps, which you barely do.

I worked at Robert Half full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent work life balance. Got a strong back bone while working for this company. Other than that I am not able to think of any pros.

    Cons

Management never seems to care that employees are being bullied. They do not take things like bullying / slandering seriously. Micro managing, and turn over like no other. Unless you like being pushed around and belittled, I would not recommend this company.

    Advice to Management

Take illegal situations more seriously and back up your staff. Provide a more professional environment instead of an office full of people who gossip and treat people poorly.
