    I have been working at Robert Half full-time

    Pros

    Impressed with Sr.Leadership. A real sense that they have the employees best interests in mind. Sr. Leadership runs many training /employee programs. Very active in the local communities.

    Cons

    This is not an innovative, progressive area of Robert Half Corporate. They do not encourage change , new ideas. You are expected to 'tow the line', not speak up. It's a very repressive area to work in. Most staff is very tenured and resistant to any kind of change. The atmosphere is ' downbeat' & sad. If you interview here, ask to tour the area, you will immediately sense the unhappiness. Most jobs go unfilled in this area, & there is a reason for it. NO work / life balance , not compensated, unappreciated. You will receive constant negative input. Just shocking that a workplace such as this exists in the 21st century. This area needs to apply the Culture & Value that Sr. Management speaks about.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your employees. Do not treat poorly, this is not the Marine Corps.
    Listen to employees when they have a complain about the negative & at times hostile work environment.

    Money... there's nothing else

    Cons

    Stress, no work life balance, competition as to who can work more hours, guilt tripped for taking any time off, management only says negative things

    Advice to Management

    Talk your staff up and promote from within. Stop hiring new employees with no staffing experience to manage tenured staff.

    Commitment to new hires, great training

    Cons

    Stressful and very fast paced. Get used to seeing coworkers let go because they are not meeting expectations. Management works with them to improve but eventually, it is not in either parties interest to continue working in a sales job if you are not making money.

    Pros

    Great experience while on your assignments.

    Cons

    No room to grow and you only get a 2% raise if you're lucky. Medical benefits are terrible!

    Pros

    They usually have an assignment for you when you've finished your current assignment.

    Cons

    Some times it takes awhile for them to offer you an assignment. I didn't get approval for my next assignment for 5 weeks and 2.5 weeks were waiting on results from a background check. I thought this was a little too long for the results and the next assignment.

    Pros

    I really liked working with Robert Half because they had a broader client base than most of the local companies. The assignments provided more opportunity to be exposed to different industries. The account managers were great to work with for preparing to interview with their clients so that I was prepared for interview.

    Really had no issues to bring here

    Training is excellent . They make sure that you come out of Robert Half International training school ready to engage.

    Cons

    None. I don't have anything derogatory to say about Robert Half International . I was treated well and would recommend the company to you.
