I have been working at Robert Packer Hospital full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Competitive salaries, surprisingly up to date considering the rural location.

    Cons

Leadership more transactional than transformational. Needs fresh leadership. Physician/nurse relationships could be stronger

    Advice to Management

Listen, listen, listen.. Go out to the bedside and watch and listen
