    Laid back atmosphere
    Cash tips to take home every day you work
    Outside work
    Very flexible schedule - management understands conflicts

    Cons

    No real way to "move up"
    Work is not guaranteed (based on business+seniority)
    Customers can be picky ( like any customer service industry)

    Advice to Management

    Not much you can improve about the cons for a caddy.
    Some people will always be complainers, must have back-ups/alternates for insurance on loops

    Made good friends, learned about bartending, cart girls make a lottt of money on auburn game day weekends

    Cons

    The manager was a jerk, the summers a slow

    Pros

    You're surrounded by a high-end country club lifestyle that preaches excellent customer service by catering to every members' needs. Gives you great experience for any hospitality or golf - operations job.

    Cons

    Management can be bossy and stubborn at times. I came in with not knowing how to do a lot and was not given a proper orientation.

    Advice to Management

    Create a better atmosphere for learning. Possibly an orientation where everyone is on the same page from maintenance to food and beverage to outside ops.

    You get to work with an amazing group of people and have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world as they travel enjoying golf.

    Cons

    Can be very warm in the summer months and cold during the winter.

    I enjoyed spending my days outside and helping people. You get to meet some pretty powerful people that come to these courses

    Cons

    A lot of grunt work. Cleaning a lot of golf carts

    Advice to Management

    pay more than minimum wage :D
