Great working environment - given both autonomy to get on with work, whilst support is there if needed In-house training is of an excellent standard, really helped coming from a non-recruitment background Really good career opportunities, RW are big on internal progression and rewarding people for the work they put in. Definitely a meritocratic environment
Cons
As per all recruitment agencies, the hours can be long

Honest opinion here

- Good work-life balance - Fun working environment - Great career progression Senior managers do their best to communicate and stay connected using different incentives – witty encouragement emails, an open door policy to speak freely about suggestions, more paid vacations days than market average, and fully stocked kitchen with fresh fruits and drinks. They are not going to hold your hand every time something comes up but they genuinely care about your well-being and definitely want to see you succeed and grow within the company.
Cons
Being in recruitment isn’t for everyone and a lot of change is always going on, BUT it keeps you stay focused and agile. If you stay proactive not reactive, you will do well here.

- The business is innovative and supports employees who think outside of the box - The best working environment i have ever worked in - great team culture - rewards hard work and recognizes your achievements - work life balance (as much as recruitment will allow)

Pros
The company invests in their people seriously. Managers are great at least the one I'm working with. Not transactional and a very team based working environment. That's the best part as everyone is helping you and vice versa.
Cons
Not any as such. Just needs to be more open to work life balance culture and bring in slightly more mature employees

Force to do unethical recruitment
Jul 10, 2013 - Recruitment Consultant in Kuala LumpurRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
a very relaxing working environment
Cons
I was forcing to recruit candidate into a very unstable company. I have helped a MNC to recruit an outsource resource and a few candidates left the company within 1 -2 months because they found something not right in the company. once candidate left, I have to recruit again though I knew this was not good to get candidate in and some more I have hidden the fact from the candidates even they have been asked. The last candidate was terminated after 2 months as customer stop the contract with the company. The candidate became jobless. I felt sorry and changed to IT department and didn't want to become recruiter.
