    Pros

Great visibility, good career progression, friendly staff, passionate people. During in my time there was a good work ethic, lots of training and some good staff incentives

    Cons

Limited product range, with very little in the way of NPD. I think the business systems, processes and management were stuck in their ways and not particularly dynamic.

    Pros

Regular routes. Great management - as long as you get the job done within parameters you are left alone. Regular shift patterns.

    Cons

Money not the best. In fact the money is pretty poor considering what is being offered elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.
