I worked at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very supportive nursing staff and upper management. Education is continuously being provided especially with new policies and procedures. Competitive pay and great benefits!

    Cons

Nurse patient ratio is difficult for 6 patients to 1 nurse on a busy cardiac unit. There is not many cons to this place.

I worked at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers were wonderful. Went out of their way to work as a team under very fast paced, high volume environment

    Cons

Management was a nightmare. Looked for any reason to find fault with performance to avoid permanent hire while constantly adding additional duties to be performed which were above and beyond the scope of the job during the training process. Every person working there was actively looking for transfer to new dept. or quit
