I worked at Robert and Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The pay was relatively good for such a small engineering company, not great, but liveable.

    Cons

Management refuses to make any kind of decisions on any situation or problem. Employees are left to their own resources and are blasted when they don't live up to 'expectations'. There is no quality control, although they sell their services with guarantees of complete and detailed QC. Employees are considered a liability, not an asset. Management is also skimming off the top.

    Advice to Management

    Retire
