I worked at Robertson Sumner full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great environment, team and supportive management. Open and honest company and fantastic clients for a small company. Uncapped bonus and great benefits as well. Good team spirit and perks.

    Cons

Not many! Good place to work I think. Maybe look at dedicated training but apart from that would highly recommend

    Advice to Management

Lots of positives, so keep pushing the business forward and adding consultants to the team. All the best

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Robertson Sumner full-time

    Pros

The consultants themselves are great, everyone pulls together and supports one another at all times - great team spirit. Always open to bringing on new talent and individuals who are looking to pursue a career in recruitment which is refreshing as most agencies look for degree educated employees....until you join ......

    Cons

The management are very dis-organised and not consistent with their training or there promises. Mis sold the role in many ways and not treated fairly in most cases. Often you are forced to place candidates in roles and not take into consideration the candidates or the clients opinions or thoughts just make the company money!!!! Very high staff turnover due to unfair salaries, secrets and back stabbing. Poor remarks and comments from senior members which can leave you uneasy and even sometimes offended - not a great place overall!

    Advice to Management

Polish up on training, focus more on your role and development of the business!
