I have been working at Robin's Nest Consulting full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working here means always knowing what is expected of you, always having the right tools and guidance for success and continuously being challenged to work harder and smarter.

    Cons

Be prepared to work very hard, but that's not necessarily a con if you're the right kind of person.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and positive environment!

I worked at Robin's Nest Consulting full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Learned a ton about leadership, how to excite a new and fresh group of people to engage in a common goal, learned how to deliver a pitch with confidence and people skills while overcoming various levels of objections, and I learned to manage my own time to get the most out of my day.

    Cons

This is a 100% commission sales job so if you are awful at sales, D2D is not for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing people, you have exactly what it takes to succeed in that industry.

    Pros

Great work environment makes the day go by fast. A ton of room for growth. Mangers hold themselves with great professionalism. They make you feel right at home.

    Cons

Working 8-5 is a change for me but I do enjoy my weekends off.
