    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

young, hard-working crowd who takes pride in their work and the label. triplicative work necessary because of poor inter-departmental communication.

    Cons

absolutely no job security. they fire the most competent and experienced employees with loyalty to the inner clique. ten hour days likely not long enough to keep up with the workload.

    Advice to Management

find cheaper ways of operating. clearly define duties by position. create working systems and procedures and keep to them for consistency.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Great office and location unlike majority of fashion companies in LA being located in the worse areas.
Tea and coffee is always provided. Again, pretty much standard in most industries with an office, but not in fashion.

    Cons

Highly stressful environment. The vice president of design created an uncomfortable office environment by trying to intimidate everyone which in turn made it extremely difficult to work. Too many egos. Lack of team support.

    Advice to Management

I would strongly recommend positive team leadership disposition.

    Advice to Management

The corporate structure was a little messed up. Nobody really knew where to turn for answers. No room for promotion or advancement.
