    Pros

Family environment, smart colleagues, well capitalized, large developments, great brand, solid company. Supported me to participate in learning seminars and personal development.

    Cons

Wanted to work at a more entrepreneurial company with less bureaucracy and divisions of labor. Projects are large but can often take years or decades to complete.

I worked at Rockefeller Group International (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work in Midtown, easy to get there

    Cons

I was let go from this organization because of new management in my department. That management came from another part of the organization, and preconceived impressions of me, and my background lent themselves to being ushered out; it had nothing to do with performance. The manager who retired prior to new management set the table by providing a medium to poor review despite carrying the department while he was out on "leave" for a good part of the year. Everyplace has politics, but beware here; it exists in spades

    Pros

The company has great upper management. Work life balance is really appreciated. The culture is relaxed and the environment is mostly non-stressful.

    Cons

One doesn't receive 4 weeks vacation until they have been with the company for 15 years.
