    Pros

Great campus and nicely maintained building. Health insurance is good. Quite a few employee events (free). Postdoc retreat provided free to very nice locations. On site Occupational health offers screening visits.

    Cons

The work- life balance isn't great, but that is the nature of academic research unfortunately.

    Pros

Great environment with many perks and benefits. Great helalthcare, very good housing, great salary compared to other institutions. Amazing scientific inputs with lots of seminars and always great lectures from invited guest.

    Cons

Depending on PI can be a very competitive environment with also poor mentorship. Postdoctoral duration in time usually extended here as high impact publications are a must have (can be a pros) . Not very collaborative place.
